When a Digimon leaves the Battle Area other than as a result of a Battle is when it is "placed in trash," "returned to hand or deck," "placed in security," "moved to the Breeding Area," or "placed under another card" other than as a result of a Battle.

"When [...] would leave the battle area other than by battle" refers to when that Digimon is placed in the trash other than as a result of a battle, returned to the hand/deck, placed in the security stack, moved to the breeding area, or placed under another card.

If two Digimon including the leaving Digimon digivolved by the "Delay" effect of this card, does the Digimon that digivolved DNA digivolves leave the Battle Area?
No, they do not leave the Battle Area. DNA digivolves digivolve as a new Digimon, so it is a different Digimon than the one that leaves.
