No, it doesn't trigger. Effects that play into the breeding area aren't considered hatching, so it doesn't trigger this effect.

If I use this card's ＜End Your Turn＞ effect to play a copy of this card, can I activate the ＜End Your Turn＞ effect on the newly played copy of this card?
No, you can't. When this card is newly played, the ＜End Your Turn＞ timing has already passed, and the effect can't activate.
