If I use this card's effect to give ＜Alliance＞ to a Digimon that originally had ＜Alliance＞, can that Digimon activate ＜Alliance＞ twice for 1 attack?
Yes, it can. In such cases, the attacking Digimon gets the DP of the 2 Digimon suspended for ＜Alliance＞, and ＜Security Attack +1＞ is gained twice for 2 additional security checks.
