Yes. The effect reads, “Reveal the top 3 cards of your deck,” so if you don’t have 3 cards left in your deck, reveal as many as you can.

Yes. The effect reads, “Add 1 card...to your hand,” so if you reveal a card that meets the requirements, you must add it to your hand.

How does this card’s inherited effect work, exactly?
