Can I use this card's effect to prevent 1 of my opponent's suspended Digimon or Tamers from unsuspending until the end of their turn?
No. You can choose 1 of your opponent’s suspended Digimon or Tamers with this card's effect, but if you didn't use this effect to suspend that card, the “can't unsuspend until the end of their next turn” part of the effect doesn't apply.
