No, it doesn't. The effect is looking for a Digimon with a digivolution card that has 2 or more colors.

Does this card’s “If you have a Digimon in play with...2 or more colors in one of its digivolution cards” count a Digimon with a card like [BT3-040]/[Shakkoumon]’s “This Digimon is also treated as blue” in its digivolution cards?
No, it doesn't. Effects that grant additional colors don't do anything as digivolution cards, so the card is only treated as a single color.
