I digivolve this card into [BT3-111]/[Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode] and attack with it deleting an opponent's in battle and surviving. I unsuspend it with its own effect. When I attack again, can I use this card's effect to unsuspend it?
No, this card's inherited effect is compulsory like [BT3-111]/[Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode]. So, it was already used when the attack was declared and cannot put [BT3-111]/[Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode] to active as the effect was already used on the 1st attack. [BT3-111]/[Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode]'s effect is also compulsory, so both [BT3-027]/[Paildramon] and [BT3-111]/[Imperialdrmaon: Dragon Mode]'s effects cannot be used on the second attack.
