No, you can't.

Can I use this card's ＜Your Turn＞ effect to give "＜Start Your Main＞ This Digimon attacks" to a Digimon that isn't affected by effects?
You can give that effect to such Digimon, but Digimon that aren't affected by effects won't be affected by it, therefore the gained effect won't trigger.

If a Digimon's maximum links is increased using ＜Link+ 1＞ and has a total of 2 link cards including this card, then it would be removed from the battle area, can I choose from among those cards to trash for this card's ＜Link Keyword＞ effect?
