No, you cannot. The [By] condition cannot be performed only in part. For the [Main] effect of this card, it must be returned to the bottom of the deck for the specified Lv. total.

If the [Main] effect of this card returns Lv.3 and Lv.6 Digimon cards from the opponent's Trash to the deck, which Lv. Digimon card can I play from my Trash?
Digimon cards of Lv.3 and Lv.6 can be played. You can play one Digimon card of the same Lv. as the returned card.
