If I activate the [Main] effect of this card when I have my "WarGrowlmon ACE", can I play each of the tokens "WarGrowlmon", "TaoMon" and "RapidMon"?
No, "WarGrowlmon" tokens cannot play. The "ACE" described in the name is not included in the name.

Can I select a token played by this card's [Main] effect and after "after" this effect, give that Digimon two "linkages" and attack with that Digimon?
No, it cannot. Tokens played by the [Main] effect of this card do not have Lv. You cannot choose these tokens because only your Digimon of Lv. 5 can be chosen by the "After" and subsequent effects of this effect.
