Can I use this card's ＜Your Turn＞ effect to activate an ＜On Deletion＞ effect at the end of an attack if the effect has conditions for activating, such as [EX4-053]/[Falcomon]'s inherited effect?
No. The effect will trigger, but it can't be activated because its conditions aren't met.

By the [Your Turn] effect of this card, I have [End of Attack] added to the inherited effects of [BT16-011]/[Garudamon (X Antibody)] and [BT13-014]/[Garudamon]. If I attack with this card, and at the end of the attack delete an opponent's [BT13-065]/[PlatinumSukamon] with the inherited effect of [BT13-014]/[Garudamon], then this card's [Your Turn] effect is lost because of , can I activate [BT16-011]/[Garudamon (X Antibody)]'s inherited effect?
No, it cannot be activated. If it no longer has a trigger condition before it can be activated, it cannot be activated.
