Digi-Burst trashes digivolution cards from under the Digimon to activate a bonus effect, and using it is your call. You're spending the stack you built, and often the inherited effects sitting in it, so the payoff has to beat the material. Lines built around it feed the stack cheaply so bursting doesn't leave the Digimon hollow.
16-14-1. <Digi-Burst> is a keyword effect where another effect specified by this effect will activate by trashing the specified number of digivolution cards from the Digimon with this effect.
