No. You must fully activate this card's effect, then activate the [When Deleted] effect.

I use this card to delete one of my own Digimon, and an opponent's Digimon. If they both have [When Deleted] effects, which effect resolves first?
They activate at the same time, which means the turn player resolves their effect first.
