Can I use this card's ＜On Play＞ effect to attack using the Digimon with [Ravemon] where I placed this card in digivolution cards even when it's suspended?
No, you can't. This card's ＜On Play＞ effect does not allow you to attack with Digimon that are in a state where they can't attack.
