This card attacks, and I use its ＜When Attacking＞ effect to play an [NSo] Digimon. If I then use this card's ＜Your Turn＞ effect to DNA digivolve using 2 of my Digimon, can I use that Digimon to attack?
No, it can't attack. A new attack declaration can't be made during an attack.

I used this card's ＜Your Turn＞ effect to DNA digivolve, then I attacked using that Digimon. At such times, in what order can I activate that Digimon's ＜When Digivolving＞ effect and ＜When Attacking＞ effect?
The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
