Does this card's ＜All Turns＞ effect trigger when this card is in the battle area and would be placed in another Digimon’s digivolution cards for a DigiXros?
Yes, it triggers. Because a Digimon also leaves the battle area when it's placed in digivolution cards for a DigiXros, the effect triggers and activates.

I chose this card as a target for a DigiXros. Then, I used this card's ＜All Turns＞ effect to return a yellow Digimon card to the hand. At such times, can the card returned to the hand be placed for the DigiXros?
No, it can't. You must choose all of the cards to place when you declare the DigiXros. After choosing them, the chosen cards are placed under the card to DigiXros. This card's ＜All Turns＞ effect triggers and activates when the chosen cards would be placed, so after activation has occurred, you can't re-do your choices for the cards to place for the DigiXros.
