No, the target original "1 of your other Digimon" for this effect does not have to be red.

I used this Digimon's ＜When Digivolving＞ effect to DNA digivolve, and this caused the memory gauge to move on my opponent's side. Is it possible to use this card's inherited effect to DNA digivolve again at the end of the turn? (2022/07/22)
