No, you can't. This card can only be activated when you attack with a card explicitly named [Beelzemon].

I used [ST14-02]/[Impmon] to attack, and its ＜When Attacking＞ effect digivolved it into [Beelzemon] from my trash. At such times, can I use this card's effect to again digivolve [Beelzemon] into [Beelzemon: Blast Mode] in my trash?
