If the 5 cards revealed with this card's effect don't include both a Digimon card with [Unidentified] in its type and an [Arata Sanada] card, am I allowed to add one of the cards to my hand, or do both cards have to be present?
You can add a card to your hand. As long as one of the cards revealed is either a Digimon card with [Unidentified] in its type or an [Arata Sanada] card, you can add it to your hand.

No. Even if there was only either a Digimon card with "race unknown" in its trait or "Arata Sanada", it will be added to your hand.
