Does this card's [At End of Opponent's Turn] effect mean that if I have no cards left in my security stack, at the end of my opponent's turn I lose the game?
No. The effect only trashes cards from your security stack and isn't the same as you taking an attack. If you have no cards left in your security stack at the end of your opponent's turn, you continue the game as normal.
