No. Even if it has both of those cards as digivolution cards, it only gets +4000 DP.

If this Digimon digivolves from a Digimon card that has both a Digimon card with "Hybrid Body" as a trait and a red tamer card, does it get DP+8000?
No. If the digivolves have both a Digimon card with "hybrid body" as a trait and a red tamer card, they will only be DP+4000.
