What do you mean by "cards with text?"
It refers to cards with the specified word or icon included in "name, trait, effect, inherited effect, , jogress, digivolution requirements, burst digivolution". For example, a card with the text "Knightmon" refers to a card whose name is "Dark Knightmon" or whose effect says "Knightmon".

What does "[When Digivolving] effect is not activated" mean?
This is an effect that prevents a card's [When Digivolving] effect from being activated. When a card digivolves and triggers the [When Digivolving] effect, or the "Activate [When Digivolving] effect" effect, etc., the card will no longer be able to activate the [When Digivolving] effect.

Yes, it activates. If the effect is triggered by [When Attacking], it can be activated.

No, it is not consumed. No [X times per turn] is consumed because the [When Digivolving] effect cannot be activated at the time of digivolved.
