Yes. If either a level 5 Digimon card or a green Tamer card are present in the 3 cards you reveal, you get to add it to your hand.

Does the effect of this card require both a lvl 5 Digimon card and a green tamer card to be added to my hand among the 3 cards revealed?
No. Even if there was only either a Lv.5 Digimon card or a green tamer card, it will be added to your hand.
