If an opponent's Digimon with no digivolution cards obtains a digivolution card after this card's ＜On Play＞ ＜When Digivolving＞ effect activates, can that Digimon suspend?
Yes, it can suspend. This card's "none of their Digimon with no digivolution cards can suspend" effect only affects Digimon with no digivolution cards. If a Digimon later obtains a digivolution card, this effect will no longer affect it.
