4 official rulings from Bandai, last ruled Sep 6, 2024. Straight answers to how this card actually resolves.

Can I use this card's <All Turns> effect to suspend this Tamer when my level 5 or higher [Free] Digimon would be deleted in battle, even if I don't have any level 4 or lower Digimon cards in that Digimon's digivolution cards?
Yes, you can. Even if the part after the conditions specified with "by X" in an effect can't be resolved, the effect can still activate.

When my level 5 or higher [Free] Digimon would be deleted in battle, I used this card's <All Turns> effect to play a level 4 or lower Digimon card with <Retaliation> in its inherited effects from that Digimon's digivolution cards. Can I use <Retaliation> to delete the battled opponent's Digimon at such times?
No, you can't. The card is removed from digivolution cards before <Retaliation> can activate.

Can I use this card's <End Your Turn> effect to attack even when the [Free] Digimon is suspended?
No, you can't. This card's <End Your Turn> effect does not allow you to attack with Digimon that are in a state where they can't attack.

When I have 2 copies of this Tamer and 2 unsuspended [Free] Digimon, can I activate the <End Your Turn> effect on both copies of this card and attack using both of the [Free] Digimon?
No, you can't. The effect will trigger on both copies, but after the attack declaration is made for the 1st Digimon and effects such as <When Attacking> effects have finished activating, the effect on the 2nd copy of this card that was pending activation will activate before the counter timing. However, a new attack declaration can't be made during an attack, and only the 1st Digimon's attack can be performed as a result.
