Can I activate the "if a Tamer card with the [SoC] is in this Digimon's digivolution cards, ＜Draw 1＞" effect in this card's ＜When Attacking＞ effect even if I don't perform "by trashing 1 card in your hand, delete 1 of your opponent's Digimon with 3000 DP or less"?
No, you can't activate it. If you don't perform the action specified for "by X" in such an effect, the rest of the effect won't activate.
