Can I also activate this card's ＜Your Turn＞ effect when my 3-color Digimon with blue and green attacks?
No, you can't. Since this card's effect specifies "one of your 2-color blue and green Digimon", you can't activate this card's ＜Your Turn＞ effect if your Digimon has 3 or more colors, even if those colors include blue and green.
