My opponent declares a block with one of their Digimon. Can I use this card's inherited effect to suspend that Digimon, negating the block?
<When Attacking> happens before <Blocker>. So you cannot negate the block, but you can prevent it from suspending itself to block. (See more in Attack Resolution)
