Two Gallantmon are standing, and the one that matters has WarGrowlmon in its digivolution cards: that inherited line is what makes the rest work. The other one, a BT12 print, is the body the second Crimson Mode will land on. They just spent their whole turn on the Mega across the table, so the six memory it cost comes to you: the gauge opens at 6, both players are on 5 security, and they have three Digimon out, two of them tied at the top. Both Crimson Modes are in hand: the one you digivolve into and the one that answers from the hand as a Counter.
